Wow - what a bit of kit!
It just destroys anything my lads put into it - built in the Jeremy Clarkson school of thinking, ie built to be thrown off cliffs and still work at the bottom!
Simon, tree surgeon
Our professional design and engineering team has access to all the resources of the central engineering section in the group, using the latest computer design systems.
Quality control
For your total peace of mind, Hardmet Landforce actively uses the latest Quality and Continual Improvement techniques - Kaizen, FMEA, SPC (Statistical Process Control). The group is ISO 9001 (2000) accredited and your feedback is the driver toward all our product improvements and enhancements, rooted in sound engineering
This makes our machines -
- easier for you and your workforce to use
- more reliable, so your work can continue at the pace you want
- better value for money, so your bottom line isn't compromised by high machinery costs
On the one occasion that I had a problem, I rang the company and 2 hours later there was a fitter working on it.
That's what's important to me - my customer was kept happy, my lads and I weren't stopped, the job got done and the money's in the bank!
Chris, contractor
After sales service and support
We offer a 24 hour on-site response service with a repair engineer available to deal with any technical and breakdown problems you might have. Large stocks of parts are maintained to offer fast response to keep your equipment working, with spares covering all the machines we have ever built.
As for reliability, I only had one problem - happened last week and meant a new roller at £300 - not good, but they supplied one for free even though it was out of warranty.
Their spares back up is better than most.
